AG&P LNG Acquires 49% Stake in Fully Constructed Cai Mep LNG Terminal in South Vietnam, Developed by Hai Linh Company Limited

Announces strategic partnership between AG&P LNG and Hai Linh CompanyLimited to establish a Joint Venture for LNG trading and downstream gasdistributionin Vietnam.

• Cai Mep, a US$ 500M LNG Import Terminal, with a capacity of 3 MTPA,expandable to 6 MTPA, is one of the only two existing LNG terminals in Vietnam.
• Cai Mep will provide LNG access to the gas-fired power plants and industries in South Vietnam.

Fully constructed, the Cai Mep LNG Terminal was developed by Hai LinhCompanyLimited, aprominentpetroleum productimportterminal andtraderinVietnam.

The Cai Mep LNG Terminal has pipeline connectivity to Vietnam's largest powergeneration complex, the Phu My industrial zone, with a gas-fired capacity of 3.9 GW.The terminal is strategically located near the Mekong River Delta and has threeonshore tanks totaling to a capacity of 220,000 m3 of LNG storage, and LNG break-bulkcapabilitiesthatallowittoreload LNG into smaller vessels. With a total of 14 bays for CNG and LNG truck-loading, the Cai Mep LNG Terminal is well-connected viamultiple highways to several nearby demand centers to provide reliable access toLNG.
