A claim spreading on social media suggests the man who filmed the incident has since been arrested.

"An Adelaide man who filmed an Indian migrant defecating in public has been arrested by the @AusFedPolice for using a carriage service to menace and harass, Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke confirmed," the post reads.
